Refund / Return
In case you found damages or defects on the items after receiving them, please contact us immediately by FAX or e-mail. We will exchange it as soon as we receive the returned item.We refund you the shipping cost for returning damaged or defected items.If you return the items for your own reason （we only accept unused items）, you are responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.We cannot accept the return and refund of any item damaged or defected by the Customer’s responsibility after the item is delivered to the Customer.As to the refund to the Customer who used a credit card inside Japan, we will start the refund procedure immediately after we receive your returned items. The refund is sent to your credit card account; however, please not that the refund procedure may require time depending on the credit card company you used.In case no payment is made within 10 days after we receive the order, we deem the order to be cancelled. As to custom-made orders （like items with your own names）, we will start manufacturing them after the payment is confirmed, so please note that you cannot cancel the order after you make the payment.
