Refund / Return
In case you found damages or defects on the items after receiving them, please contact us immediately by FAX or e-mail. We will exchange it as soon as we receive the returned item.We refund you the shipping cost for returning damaged or defected items.If you return the items for your own reason （we only accept unused items）, you are responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.We cannot accept the return and refund of any item damaged or defected by the Customer’s responsibility after the item is delivered to the Customer.The refund to the Customer outside Japan is sent to your Paypal account.In case no payment is made within 10 days after we receive the order, we deem the order to be cancelled. How to order from outside Japan
Place your order by Fax or e-mail.
After we have received your order, we will return our confirmation with the total charge including shipping cost.
Confirm the contents of the e-mail and you want to purchase the product, please send a e-mail back to us.
After you receive a demand for payment from Paypal by e-mail, make an on-line payment from PayPal website.
We will ship the product after we have confirmed your payment by Paypal.
