What is Sayonara Doll?
Sayonara doll is a traditional Japanese wooden kokeshi doll in gorgeous brocade kimono, inside of which has Japanese traditional washi paper scroll on which you can write a letter or messages. Its use is all-around, including a message to a valued person, the collection of the writing for a friend getting a job transfer or changing school, or a party guest book. You can also present a Sayonara Doll as a souvenir or a gift on various social occasions such as birthdays, school entrance, graduation, wedding, or childbirth.
